The Safe Way to Get Up – Part 1
No matter where the pain is – neck, mid back, low back – how we get up from lying down is one of the most important things to pay attention to when we’re in pain. If we ignore and try to power through this potentially aggravating transition we will significantly slow down our recovery and take several steps back in our progress each and every time we get up out of bed or off the floor.
